PolePositionProductions.com is headed to Orlando, Florida to cover the PRI/CKI All-Star Karting Classic. The Performance Racing Industry tradeshow is billed as the world’s largest hardcore racing tradeshow with 1,200+ exhibitors and over 3,500 booths as well as seminars on latest engine innovations and race business management. Last year over 40,000 buyers from 61 countries attended the PRI tradeshow

Star drivers will return to their karting roots at the PRI/CKI All-Star Karting Classic. From Michael Schumacher, Alain Prost and Kimi Räikkönen in Formula One to Tony Stewart, Jeff Gordon and Dale Earnhardt Jr. in NASCAR, virtually all famous race car drivers have started their careers in karting.

Recently announced Formula One driver Vitantonio Liuzzi will compete in the Karting Classic alongside Graham Rahal (IRL), Buddy Rice (2004 Indy 500 winner and 2009 Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona winner), Jamie McMurray (NASCAR) and Memo Gidley (Grand-Am) have already committed to compete in this year’s race. More than 20 drivers will be announced in the All-Star division. Rice will be racing for Tony Kart; Rahal for Birel; McMurray for CRG; and Gidley for Trackmagic.
